A good morning from Tenby, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Tenby is a beautiful little harbour town whose main economy now comes from it’s many visitors.
During the Wars of the Roses one of those was Henry Tudor, the future King Henry VII. He took shelter here until sailing into exile in 1471. Let’s hope that gave him time to enjoy the splendour of the sandy beaches, fish & chips and of course the local ice creams.
